It's cold out and you want a big pot of chili, but not all the big calories that go with it. Give this one a try.
Ingredients
  • 1 -28 oz can Keystone Turkey
  • 1 -27 oz can Bush's Chili Beans
  • 1 -small can Ortega Green Chiles
  • 2 -15 oz can Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes with Garlic
  • 3 -15 oz can Hunt's Seasoned Tomato Chili Starter
  • 1 -8 oz bag Bird's Eye Sofrito (Tomato, Onion, Garlic)
  • 1 -8 oz bag Bird's Eye Chopped Onion
  • 1 - 13 oz (box) Whole Wheat Elbow Macaroni
  • 2 Cups Water
Instructions
  1. In a large pot on low heat mix all ingredients and stir often. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes.

So watch your calorie count here.
You can add in whole wheat, whole grain, or multigrain crackers, or tortilla chips....just add up those calories.

You can also add in some shredded cheese to a bowl, or maybe some sour cream, or even guacamole but don't forget those calories
