Try this one. It sounds odd, but it is very good and at 129 Calories how can you not eat this. The Oats are great because they help fill you up.
Ingredients
  • ½ Cup Egg Whites
  • ½ Packet Plain Instant Oatmeal
  • 2 TBSP Pico De Gallo
  • ½ TSP Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
  • 1 Slice Borden Fat Free Sharp Cheese
  • About 10 Baby Spinach Leaves
Instructions
  1. PAM spray a skillet
  2. Pour in Egg whites
  3. Cook till about half done and add remaining ingredients
  4. Fold over into Omelet
