If you like Sauerkraut, give this one a try.
Ingredients
  • 1 lb Lean Hamburger
  • 5½ Cups (1 jar) Vlasic Sauerkraut
  • 1 TBSP McCormicks Hamburger Seasoning
Instructions
  1. Use a colander and drain and rinse Sauerkraut
  2. In large skillet cook up hamburger to medium
  3. Add in Sauerkraut and season
  4. Cook over medium heat until sauerkraut starts to dry and browns slightly...cook it up to your liking at that point.
Notes
Mix it Up:
My mom use to make this often when I was a kid.
She added in mashed potatoes on top and would bake it.
You can add in about ¾ cup of prepared instant Mashed Potatoes as a topping to your serving for about 160 more calories.
