Who doesn't love chicken? This is a quick and easy one to cook up
Ingredients
  • 8 Oz Chicken Breast Tenderloins
  • 1 Bag Birds Eye Peppers and Onion Fajita Mix
  • ¼ tsp Ton Chachere's Creole Seasoning
  • ¼ tsp Mccormicks Montreal Chicken Seasoning
  • ¼ tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • ⅛ tsp Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut up chicken in to small pieces.
  2. Spray large pan with PAM
  3. Cook up Chicken and season with Creole and Chicken seasoning.
  4. Set Chicken aside
  5. Cook up Fajita Mix adding remaining seasonings
  6. When fully cooked add in Chicken
  7. Divide in half for 2 servings
