A Big Breakfast to start the day and still a Low-Cal meal.
Ingredients
  • 1 Turkey Sausage Patty
  • ½ CUP Egg Whites
  • 2 TBSP Pico De Gallo
  • 1 Slice Borden Fat-Free Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
  1. Brown up the Turkey Patty and set aside
  2. Cook Egg whites as an Omelet or a Scrammble
  3. Add in Pico De Gallo and Cheese
