getting-started1One of the hardest things about getting into a dieting plan is simply getting started.  If you are like me, you have started and stopped so many times you can’t even keep count anymore.  I get it.  Been there done that!

So that is why I decided to come up with my own plan that would be simple, but more importantly it would be more than what we have come to think of as dieting.

Diet is a four letter word to those of us that struggle with weight loss.  So we need to first change up how we look at the word Diet.


  1. It is not a four letter word.
  2. It is not a word that describes eating to lose weight
  3. It is the kinds of food that a person, animal, or community habitually eats.

So there you have it.  Our Diet is simply what we eat everyday.  It is just our meal plan that sustains us.  NOT some secrect, magic, special, restrictive plan of eating that we get on to make ourselves feel good when we look in the mirror.  For some their daily Diet just needs some tweaking to be more healthy. Our thinking about how we apporoach what we eat and how much we eat just needs “Tuned-Up”
