I did it.  I have lost my first 10lbs following the Ty’s Diet Plan.  In just the last 14 days I have lost 5 lbs and 3 inches off my waist.

I must admit that it is not easy everyday, but each day as I stick to watching the total number of calories I eat and keep tracking them with the My Fitness Pal App, it gets easier.  Some days I am more aggressive in the total limits of calories and other days I am a little more liberal, but everyday no matter what I eat, I plug it into my app and track where I am at.

The key to success is to keep moving forward, even if you have a day that you go over your goal.  It happens.  That’s life.  The best part for me has been first seeing results so soon, and secondly have so much flexibility in total calories and food types.

Yuup….I’m loving it!!!
