Weekends!  Ugh!!! Weekends are so hard.  Ty’s diet is pretty easy to follow during the week when you are busy and are not around family as much, but then comes the weekend.  All you want to do is rest and eat, and then you get all these crazy cravings, and of course your family and friends all want to go out to eat and have parties.
